surprisingly good stay
helpful staff stylish decor free bike great coffee
i found the staff helpful and friendly . the building decor was really stylish, which i appreciated. the provided free bike rental was a fun extra perk i enjoyed. also, the in-room coffee was great, a welcome touch.
the pillows i had were too high, so i did not feel very confortable with that.

the service was attentive, with staff readily available to assist with requests and provide information. check-in was seamless, and the team addressed any concerns efficiently. the staff was awesome.

the room featured modern decor and included amenities like a tv, a mini-fridge, and complimentary wifi. the bathroom had a rainfall showerhead and provided toiletries. my room was very clean and very lovely.

the hotel had a gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. there was a pool available . i also enjoyed the sauna. everything looked great.

The location is convenient to the stadium. On-site secure parking existed.
Sitting outside was not relaxing. The absence of a bathtub in the room was disappointing (I like a good soak). I thought the balcony was a bit of a letdown. It lacked any view worth paying extra for.

my room was very quiet. the bed offered great comfort. the shower had a flexible shower spray, i found it perfect.
i found no water in the gym. the gym also felt too hot. the room felt stuffy.

friendly staff fantastic location helpfulness
Check in was so simple and the staff was super friendly! Location rocks, especially if you are going to BC Place. The room was nice and the staff was GREAT! I loved how helpful everyone was.
The pool could use a bit more heat. It was too cold for swimming so i only used the jacuzzi

Breakfast at Azure was delicious, I ate a lot. There were many selections on the buffet, with fresh fruit and hot items. I loved the coffee, it was strong and hot.

The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, wow. They answered all my questions and provided great service. I needed extra pillows, I got them within minutes.

The location is perfect for BC Place and lots of restaurants. I walked everywhere, I never needed a taxi or public transport. I could always easily find coffee nearby.

Guests can have their bags securely held if they arrive before check-in. Upon arrival, simply inform the guest services team, and they will take care of it. Can you tell me how far the cruise terminal is from the hotel? Is there a shuttle service available?

The cruise terminal is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Taxi rides are available, and the fare is roughly $8-$9. Unfortunately, no shuttle service is provided. What about parking? Is there any charge, and if so, how much?
