i found the staff helpful and friendly . the building decor was really stylish, which i appreciated. the provided free bike rental was a fun extra perk i enjoyed. also, the in-room coffee was great, a welcome touch.
the pillows i had were too high, so i did not feel very confortable with that.

The location is convenient to the stadium. On-site secure parking existed.
Sitting outside was not relaxing. The absence of a bathtub in the room was disappointing (I like a good soak). I thought the balcony was a bit of a letdown. It lacked any view worth paying extra for.

Check in was so simple and the staff was super friendly! Location rocks, especially if you are going to BC Place. The room was nice and the staff was GREAT! I loved how helpful everyone was.
The pool could use a bit more heat. It was too cold for swimming so i only used the jacuzzi

The location is perfect for BC Place and lots of restaurants. I walked everywhere, I never needed a taxi or public transport. I could always easily find coffee nearby.
